Default Bug in Bash shell creates big security hole on anything with *nix in it

Bug time again and this one appears to be very serious. The short version is that a vulnerability is present in the command line shell for many Unix related systems allows remote execution of code. Most web web servers run such operating systems so much of the web is vulnerable.

Wow, for once I'm happy my webserver is running Windows.
They're going to park their car over there. You're going to park your car over here. Get it?

Just SSH'ed home & updated my HTPC. Thanks for the heads up Paul, I hadn't gotten around to my tech blogs today

No worries. Our guys are busy testing our setups today making sure we're secure.

I'm glad none of my AIX servers use bash..

All those poor sods that manage Linux and Solaris, I pity them.
