                  • If it helps, I think LRT construction personnel should be allowed to work at night, starting in the spring.

The 13-kilometre Valley Line Southeast LRT, running from Downtown to Mill Woods, is tracking behind schedule on 31 per cent of the work expected to be completed at this point in the process, according to the city’s quarterly progress report. In its 2019 fourth quarter update citing a 69 per cent schedule efficiency, the city also notes “increased risk to achieving key milestones” for the project, which was initially supposed to be operational by this December. The previous quarterly update found the project operating at 70 per cent efficiency.
