  • Wow, look at the tremendous crowds! No wonder downtown needs ten or twenty more parks like this as well as a couple of larger ones. How can people even move in a crowd that size?

    • Sorry, were you there?

      While the photos might not show them, there were 4-5 of us in the dog park, 8-10 in the garden, another group on the grass/seating area and a bunch walking through.

      Not to mention that a storm was 10mins away.

      Either way, this park is very well used and incredibly important to making Downtown more livable.

          That park is actually usually pretty busy. It’s been a welcome addition to the area.

                      I've seen people in the middle of the street on King George Blvd in Surrey doing this a few times since moving to New West.
                      There was no need to change that plaque. We are the City of Champions.
