  • That's pretty good then. Hopefully those will fill up in the next little while. And then maybe in a year or so the proposed development accross Jasper ave and 108st will get started which then in turn will bring more customers as well as businesses to the area.
    LRT is our future, time to push forward.

    • Yeah I think eventually they will, especially the last CRU on jasper ave. The CRUs along 108st are a bit more challenging IMO though (exposure isn't as good).

            Interesting. This must be in 1 of the empty CRUs on 108st near the LRT entrance

                    • There's no direct linkage. Developers aren't going to get spend happy just because they've got some cash in their pocket, if there is no market for the next project.

                        • Wouldn't you try to get Tennants in if you build something? Whether they sell or dont, the value of the property would increase exponential compared to no tennants.
