Safe to say by that rendering that the NW corner of 112 Street & 100th Avenue is planned to be Tower 3/4?

Any idea what would be the location of 4/4 if they have already tied up the dirt?

I believe that the 112st/100ave parcel might have room for 2.

Yes there are two - notices were sent out for both regarding land use changes. One tower would be fronting 100 Ave and 112 Street (currently empty lot) and the other would be fronting 100 Avenue and 113 Street - where some existing old two-storey homes would be taken down.

The request for the 111 Street and 100 Avenue property that currently has that nice brick apartment building on it is for up to 43 storeys versus 30 and 28 for the 112/113 street properties. I will miss that old apartment on 111 Street as it's in great condition.

Is this going to be a rental?

...seems to suggest that it'll be just south of the Quinn.

Looks even better than the image posted above.
                            Edmonton first, everything else second.

I like the design of this one compared to the View and the western tower we've seen renders for. A bit more retail along 100 Ave will be nice too.
