    • we’re hoping to have possession of the building in the next week or so along with aedarsa’s sign off to use the elevator.

      if there’s any interest in a c2e tour now that full ppe is no longer required we might be prepared to make arrangements for one...

                • Yes, great looking restore and addition ! ... and love those cool metal interior panels.

                  • they’re not metal, they’re white pine cnc routered from full size panels and set in a frame and mounted proud of the exposed concrete core wall for the stair which is visible through them. the ceiling panels are similarly done below acrylic panels with led lighting above. they were manufactured and installed by edmonton’s selenium interiors custom millwork.

                    • there didn't seem to be much interest in a formal tour but primavera is now working out of temporary space on the 6th floor so we're happy to walk through with anyone who is interested. the lobby isn't open so drop in anytime won't work but as long as we're in the building if you drop by or if you want to set up a time to drop by you can simply call.
