    Are they going to have a 'completion' competition? One that only judges finished infill construction and looks at the finished quality inside and out, the actual pricing and whether it's competitive, and whether the neighbourhood likes it and neighbours were pleased with the construction process?

    Designing something nice on paper is easy. It's making it work in the real world that's the challenge.

      Totally agree. One could draw a museum grade structure and claim it only take one million to build. Will the jury actually spend time to do their own calculation of cost? Probably not.

      If you can't come up with one actual completed infill, you probably shouldn't be allowed in the competition anyway.
