  • Fans in Edmonton

Truly the greatest fans in the world.
Win or lose, the people in this city never quit

The sense of fandemonium here goes beyond hockey though. It's evident whenever a major event comes to town, everyone rallies behind it and makes it a blockbuster, headline-grabbing event.

Can't say enough about what it does for a city to have its citizens be so energized.

That was evident at the end of Game 4.
Long after the game was over and the Oilers skated off the ice, the fans at Rexall still kept chanting "LET'S GO OILERS!"
    Very inspiring.
“You have to dream big. If we want to be a little city, we dream small. If we want to be a big city, we dream big, and this is a big idea.” - Mayor Stephen Mandel, 02/22/2012
