  • Procura video- portrays Edmonton well

    http://www.procura.ca/videos/

I quite enjoyed this video.. it gives a nice snapshot of Procura's portfolio and shows how well we compete, building innovation wise. I believe in 25 years, Edmonton will be very recognized for our buildings.

Just not the crushing disappointment of 109 and Jasper.
I think of art, at its most significant, as a Distant Early Warning system that can always be relied on to tell the old culture what is beginning to happen to it. —Marshall McLuhan

In light of the announcement that the Century Park location is going to be permanently allocated to gravel surface parking, not that either.

I think it's just a matter of time before it become semi-official, edp.

You will see a parade built.... Procura owns the land and has already released a site plan in which they provide room for a park and ride parkade.

Procurra stands to make FAR MORE developing the land than leasing it to the COE for a parking lot.

While the vid was nice I did find the clip on Mount Royal Village in Calgary hysterical. Since I went to MRU in the mid 80's (College back then) And living only 3 blocks from Mount Royal Village when it was brand new and very hot with top of the line US stores like Polo/Ralph Lauren in it.

The fact that the clip shows the interior has not changed since that time put me right back spending some student loan $$$ exactly $90 each on Polo button down shirts (1986 pricing) to go "clubbing" in on 17th Ave LOL.

                  Thanks Procura for the "Flashback"
