Take your D- attempt at trying to virtue signal me & put it where your brain should be.
But you are the one that bandied concentration camps around. A couple of years ago I did tour the camps in Germany, and it's outrageous that AOC or whoever the hell said that, and it's also outrageous that the media did not take them to task over what they said.

Japanese internment camps were established during World War II by President Franklin Roosevelt through his Executive Order 9066. From 1942 to 1945, it was the policy of the U.S. government that people of Japanese descent would be interred in isolated camps

What do have internment camps have to do with anything ? When people cross the border illegally they have to be processed, checked, verified and the adults relationships with the kids need to be confirmed. Are we going to call jails, halfway houses internment camps.

You do realize that US citizens were detained in these internment camps. The people in these detention camps are not US citizens.

On one hand, we have someone chugging loads from Trump saying they're not concentration camps & on the other we have literally hundreds of scholars in related fields of study who say they are...

          Experts disagree with you.

An Expert on Concentration Camps Says That's Exactly What the U.S. Is Running at the Border
"Things can be concentration camps without being Dachau or Auschwitz."

“We have what I would call a concentration camp system,” Pitzer says, “and the definition of that in my book is, mass detention of civilians without trial.”

Historians use a broader definition of concentration camps, as well.

"What's required is a little bit of demystification of it," says Waitman Wade Beorn, a Holocaust and genocide studies historian and a lecturer at the University of Virginia. "Things can be concentration camps without being Dachau or Auschwitz. Concentration camps in general have always been designed—at the most basic level—to separate one group of people from another group. Usually, because the majority group, or the creators of the camp, deem the people they're putting in it to be dangerous or undesirable in some way."

          • Donald Trump called lawyer Ken Starr a lunatic, a disaster but now hired him to defend him

            Fun facts
            • Ken Starr lost in impeaching Bill Clinton because he could not convict him and Clinton finished his term
            • Ken Starr 22 years ago wanted full disclosure of facts and witnesses and demanded that the President testify. Now he will argue the exact opposite. This is raw meat for the Democrats
            • Ken Starr was the special investigator for the Whitewater affair but then changed scope to expose an illicit affair with Clinton's intern. Makes it hard for Ken Starr to complain that the impeachment is a witch hunt
            • Starr joined the legal team defending Palm Beach billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who was criminally accused of the statutory rape of numerous underage high school students.
            • Starr was among many high-profile figures to express support for Christopher Kloman, a 74-year-old retired teacher at the Potomac School who pleaded guilty to molesting five female students over a period from 1966 to 1985. Kleiman was sentenced to 43 years in prison

"Oath of Office" please do tell what Trump did after he took the oath of office to violate the Oath of Office. Last time I checked, Obama was in office when the Russians interfered in the election. Perhaps an investigation needs to be opened into what Obama did or did not know.

Trump won, get over it. Just how like we in Western Canada have to deal with JT.
Trump has violated his Oath of Office to uphold the law and the US Constitution. Of his many crimes, extortion of a foreign country to interfere with a US election by getting dirt on a political opponent and using Congressionally approved funds to do so is a high crime. Would you approve of JT doing the same?

Amazing that you forget that Obama took direct actions against the Russians for hacking the election

                • Trump wants to ‘move on’

                link

                Fri 30 Dec 2016 02.47 EST
The Obama administration on Thursday announced its retaliation for Russian efforts to interfere with the US presidential election, ordering sweeping new sanctions that included the expulsion of 35 Russians.

US intelligence services believe Russia ordered cyber-attacks on the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Hillary Clinton’s campaign and other political organizations, in an attempt to influence the election in favor of the Republican candidate, Donald Trump.

In a statement issued two weeks after the president said he would respond to cyber-attacks by Moscow “at a time and place of our choosing”, Obama said Americans should “be alarmed by Russia’s actions” and pledged further action.

On Thursday, Trump, who has previously dismissed reports of Russian interference in the election, said in a statement: “It’s time for our country to move on to bigger and better things.”
yeah, Trump has been do touch on the Russias, inviting them to the Oval Office the day after firing the FBI director.

You are REALLY BAD at this, aren't you?

I wonder if MrAltReich will call out Republican Robert Hyde after his sorted history has been exposed and his direct connections with Rudy Giuliani and Trump himself after MrAltReich went ballistic over the Bernie Sanders low level staffer video of Project Veritas?

So MrAltReich, what do you say about Robert Hyde?

FBI agents visited the home of the Robert Hyde, the Giuliani associate who said he surveilled former ambassador Marie Yovanovitch

                      https://www.businessinsider.com/fbi-...novitch-2020-1

In a trove of WhatsApp messages between Hyde and Giuliani associate Lev Parnas, who is currently under federal indictment for his role in the Ukraine scandal, Hyde told Parnas that he was closely surveilling former US ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch and closely tracking her movements.

Yovanovitch, a career diplomat who served as US ambassador to Ukraine under multiple administrations, was recalled from her position in May after what she described in her testimony in the impeachment inquiry as a concerted and sometimes threatening smear campaign that resulted in her ouster.

In the messages, which Parnas turned over to the House of Representatives, Hyde appeared to be giving Parnas frequent updates on Yovanovitch's movements and locations, saying in one message that "it's confirmed we have a person inside."

In other messages and in public Twitter posts, Hyde described Yovanovitch as "a POS" and a
                      "b----."

Since the release of the WhatsApp messages, both Hyde and Parnas have tried to downplay the severity of his messages, even as Ukraine opened an investigation into whether Yovanovitch was illegally surveilled.

"We were playing. I thought we were playing. I didn't know he was so serious," Hyde told Sinclair TV host Eric Bolling. When Bolling asked if Hyde "had eyes" on Yovanovitch, Hyde replied, "absolutely not, are you kidding me?! I'm a little landscaper from f****g Connecticut, excuse my language. "Come on, you know me, Eric."

In an interview with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow that aired January 15, Parnas described Robert Hyde as "a weird character," and said that he didn't take Hyde's texts about surveilling Marie Yovanovitch seriously because "he was drunk most of the time" and "off the wall."

Hyde has a documented history of erratic behavior both on Twitter and offline, with NBC News reporting that he shone a "stadium-grade" strobe light into his neighbor's house after they complained about the state of his yard, once threatened to shoot his neighbor over a dispute involving his dog, and ended up surrendering many of his firearms to police pursuant to a protective order.

                        • It's easy to observe the leftists on this forum are acting exactly the way socialists do when trying to create a communist state:

                          1. Calling people names to "label" them
                          2. Attempted public-shaming to silence someone with an opposing viewpoint
                          3. Using groups to attempt to "bully" the person into silence
                          4. "Reporting" people they dislike to an authority, falsely accusing them in an attempt to remove them
                          5. Intimidating the person to attempt to silence them
                          6. Physical violence to silence them

We've seen a lot of posts from this forum's left wing which exemplify steps 1-3 (sometimes 4) aimed at anyone who disagrees with this forum's left wing, marching in lockstep with each other.

They won't denounce nor distance themselves from the extremists on the left who say that people voting anything but socialists deserve to be victims of physical violence and deserve to be thrown into gulags. It's pretty easy to see where this would go if these people ever met in real life a conservative who defends himself.

I suppose Andrew Breitbart was correct when he said - if you are taking flak, you are over the target.

You seem completely comfortable with Robert Hyde, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump and all his ilk, no matter how lawless and corrupt they are.

Meanwhile, let's use your test and see how it applies to you and your ilk

                            1. Calling people names to "label" them
Radical Left, Illiberals, Commies , Left Wing Extremists and so on

                            2. Attempted public-shaming to silence someone with an opposing viewpoint
Trump calls everyone names if they do not do his bidding or question his motives.

                            3. Using groups to attempt to "bully" the person into silence
The AltRight goes ballistic like a bunch of snowflakes if you point out Trump's lies, criminal activities and hateful tone. Trump doubles down on the attacks.

                            4. "Reporting" people they dislike to an authority, falsely accusing them in an attempt to remove them
Got a problem with the C2E rules, take it up with Admin. As far as Trump, he has fired more of his own staff if they do not follow him in lockstep, fired James Comey who refused to pledge personal allegiance and has outed CIA members that endangered them. He falsely accused Clinton and many others with unsubstantiated allegations and has run to the courts to bully people for decades

                            5. Intimidating the person to attempt to silence them
Not only intimidating, also illegally paying off porn stars while married and then outright lying about it. Remember Bill Clinton was impeached for consensual sex.

                            6. Physical violence to silence them
Remember Trump at his rallies taunting the crowd to rough up people, offered to pay their legal costs and even telling police officers that they should bang the heads of arrested people into police car doors?

How about the President stating that Marie Yovanovitch "is going to go through a few things"?

This and you MrAltReich support Trump and his cult even if he shot someone in cold Blood on 5th Avenue.

Never saw you denounce Trump on that statement of a violent criminal act. Not once.

You are projecting through your hypocrisy.

Trump deliberately and illegally interfered with this and other investigations, withheld evidence and preventing witnesses from testifying and intimated and threatened others.

From the Wikipedia page about the Presidential Service Badge:

The PSB is awarded after at least one year of satisfactory service "to any member of the Armed Forces assigned to duty in the White House Office or to military units and support facilities under the administration of the Military Assistant to the President by the Secretary of the Army, the Secretary of the Navy, the Secretary of the Air Force, or, when the Coast Guard is not operating as a service in the Navy, the Secretary of Homeland Security, upon recommendation of the Military Assistant to the President".[3] It is accompanied by a certificate and miniature lapel version. The PSB is recorded in the individual's military service records and is authorized for wear as a permanent decoration.

Recipients are, other than the President and uniformed members of the U.S. Secret Service, the only Americans authorized to wear the "Presidential Seal or Coat of Arms" on their uniforms and civilian clothes.[4][5][6] Since 1964, with the enactment of Executive Order 11174, over 20,000 U.S. armed services members and veterans have received the Presidential Service Badge for honorable service in the White House.

Why was Lev Parnas wearing a ‘Presidential Service Badge’ awarded to troops who serve in the White House?

Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times journalist Maggie Haberman posted a fascinating update about a photo of impeachment figure Lev Parnas.

The photo shows Igor Fruman — who, like Parnas, is under federal indictment — sitting closely next to Rudy Giuliani and Parnas.

Haber said a source informed her that in the picture, Parnas can be seen wearing a “Presidential Service Badge,” linking to the Wikipedia entry on the pin.
