    This thread is intended for world travelers who see great venues that we wish we had in Edmonton



    Just came back from Los Angeles

    Friends brought us out bowling to a derelict looking old bowling alley.

    The entrance hallway


    The hallway is also part of the restaurant area and leads to the bowling lanes


    One of the oldest bowling alleys in the United States



    Leather sofas, vintage steampunk makeover, 3 large bars, restaurant with woodfire pizza oven, all exposed pin setting equipment, fantastic atmosphere!

    even the lights are made from old pin setting machinery


    Top it off, real 10 pins, not that 5 pin stuff...
