    I've recently had a terrible time dealing with phone companies and the Federal Gov't, among others, by phone.

    So I've lowered my expectations. Until now.

    A few days ago I had to call the City about some drainage issues in the building. It took less than 20 SECONDS! to speak to a real person. She was very helpful, asking all the right questions, and taking my information. She told me someone from that department would call within 24 hours.

    Five minutes later(!) I got a call, and within about 10 minutes total, my issue was resolved.

    Both parties were courteous and professional without being stuffy. That's just great service!

    I am a fan. I was put in touch with someone who could clarify a building code. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. 311ing potholes seems to work 90% of the time, too.
