Default Blackmud Creek industrial Park??

Does anyone know whats going on behind/south of the Harley shop on QEII. They were drilling pile holes yesterday. Lots of servicing going on and clearing a good portion of Land.

They list the development being in Nisku so I don't think that is what is being built south of Ellerslie road, if that is what this thread is about.

I suspect it is going to be one of those huge billboards. The only thing going in are piles. No sewers roads or any other utilities as far as I can see.

It was at EDC tonight. Commercial office, a little retail too. Part of a larger phased development.

^Not to the Blackmud Creek project by Melcor. But yes Toyota is moving into that area, just further south.

The service road behind the motels/harley shop is finally taking shape. They have dug the same hole by elllerslie about three times now, must be having trouble tying in to services from the north side of the road?
