Good Electricians in Edmonton Area

Fellow C2E peeps:

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, but I could not find a matching thread via search. My family is in need of a good electrician to help revitalize our aging home's electrical system.

I've heard that Mr. Electric is good. Can you recommend some other trustworthy electrician contractors who won't gouge, and who will guarantee their work? Specializing in residential would be ideal.

Thanks in advance for any helpful recommendations you can make.

Dane Company Electrical Contractors

We had the 50 Amp service for both upstairs and downstairs suites upgraded to 100 Amp service (required by insurance) in November, and they did very quality work. We also had dual whole-house surge protectors installed. Very professional.

The office staff and electricians are all very nice and personable. David Dane (the owner) even came himself to meet the City's inspector for us afterward as I work during the day.

My only caution-- they seem understaffed in the office, so when it comes to booking and getting the bill afterward, you have to bug them a little more than should be necessary. But overall they are very good.
