Okay, I'm gonna break the rule here, because I did in fact start the thread on the 2012 Alberta election. But, given the subject matter, it almost certainly would've been started by someone eventually, had I not been around to do the honours.

It was a rather unique and fairly interesting election, and the thread has by far the largest number of posts in the recent history of the Politics forum. So, I'd say it's as worthy as anything else for a place in the canon.

It seems to me whenever Edmonton gets behind in the game, rather than digging deep, refocusing, and trying even harder, we don't even bother. We take the ball, go home and sulk.
