http://www.edmontonjournal.com/news/...888/story.html I totally have no problem with this. Bylaw can only do so much. My condo's building manager does write tickets for the douchebags who park their rig rockets on our front grass, other people's stalls or wherever the hell they feel like.

Aww man, I wish the volunteers could issue tickets for anywhere, not a specific location. I'd be writing tickets for people that park in the emergency access zones at malls and in front of grocery stores because they feel they're somehow entitled to park there ("I'm just running in..."). I think they should start a volunteer program for people to write tickets for littering as well.
