Default What's going between 107 St & 106/107 Ave

Right behind MacEwan I see a high-rise type building going up and a hole where some small commerce building were before.

Any info online about it? Interested to know how tall it's going to get and what the finished product will look like.

Edit: Found this http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmont...-homeless.html

Anybody know approx how many stories a 52-unit building would have?

The main floor is services and common space, there are 4 floors of suites, with a rec room or programmes room on the 6th. From the plan i saw it looks like a decent building, but it will be expensive compared to a normal building with the same number of suites thanks to all the common and programming spaces and still having generously sized suites.
