Oliver Building - What's the story?
Does anyone know what the story is with the building at 10205-119 St? (http://goo.gl/maps/JazO)
It looks like an apartment/condo building, but I've heard there's one person that lives in it, and the city tax information backs that up (listed as a single family dwelling, with over 10,000 sq/f). I've walked past it a ton and always wondered what the story was with it, and figured someone here may know. |

I don't know who lives there, but I've wanted to tell them for a long time to finish painting the areas between the windows on the side.

He is my neighbor.
Nice guy.. was going to do condos then stopped. He doesn't have that many cars anymore. I used to get ****** when he used to drive the hummer he used to own up his front steps. I am told he throws great parties as well.

Wild. The city only has it listed at $1.4 million, which has to be low for a place that size.
EDP, I've seen that Hummer there before (yellow, right?) as well. I knew someone who went to a party there, but since 80% of what he says is a lie, I didn't believe anything he said (including that he went to the party). |

That is way up from last year.... For some reason 600,000 or 700,000 pops up in my mind.

Friends of mine have been to some of his parties.... apparently quite ridiculous and the rooms he has are very unique.
