Basil ice cream in Edmonton?

Yes, basil ice cream! I found it in Puerto Vallarta last month and couldn't believe how an herb could make ice cream taste so good. Is there a place in Edmonton that has this delectable treat in their freezer? I asked Marble Slab if they could make it, but they are reluctant to make it unless I buy a huge amount.

An ice cream maker is not in my future, says Dept. of Wife. Besides, I'm allergic to the stuff - I break out in FAT!

Update - Pinocchio's will be making a batch in the next week or so. It was already in their plans!

I just happened to find our treadmill in a dark corner of the basement! Tried it out this morning and it still works. Maybe there's hope!

Update - picked up a sample of basil ice cream at Pinocchio's. Very tasty, and I'd be happy with it, but they had reservations. They'll be making another stronger test batch soon.
