But the private members bill Bill C-339 which increases the EI period from 15 to 45 weeks seems a bit too rich. Somebody works for a little over 2 months and collects EI for about a year?

I'm trying to find the text of the bill, seems like another thing was that people in jail could collect EI at the same time.
