2009 Festive Meet N' Greet!

Hello C2E'ers!

This is the now 'official' meet n' greet thread. Following the discussion we had in the OT section, I've decided to throw out the following date as a propsal:

Place: Three Bananas Cafe, Churchill Square
Date: Please vote in the poll. We can either do this late November (Thursday the 267th) or early December (Thursday 3rd/10th). I've chosen Thursday since there were several calls for something mid week and given we may migrate after 3B, Thursdays present more options than earlier in the week.
Time: 6-8pm at 3B. Following this we can decide what to do on the fly. Anything following will be un-official.

Three Bananas has graciously said they'll stay open past their usual closing time for us. I tried to get a date that lined up with an ESO concert as they have a special evening tapas menu for such nights, but nothing was really working. Most of the ESO stuff remaining is either next week or on the weekends.

The poll will be open for one week, at which point I'll make an official call. Nothing is going to satisfy everyone and I'd rather we get this planned and dealt with so we have something instead of letting the matter succumb to committee-itis

But the Board is talking about another get-together possibly early in the New Year.
