If you like art, music, theatre, dance, architecture or history you may be interested in joining MacEwan for an educational travel trip to New York City (February 13 20, 2010). This trip offers the benefit of group support along with personal independence in daily activity planning. This is not a guided tour, but is designed for independent participants with their own travel objectives who also wish to share their experiences with like-minded travellers. Assistance is offered to help you plan your daily activities. Tuition covers airfare, ground transfer, accommodation (based on double occupancy), some breakfasts, orientation seminar, walking tours, information package, and an arts and culture consultation. I'm going to guess, because it's part of MacEwan's outreach program, that it's open to any age... most of whom are p/t or f/t working adults.

Yes, the trip is open for adults interested in exploring New York both independently and as a group. Therefore there is lots of freedom to do your own thing, but also group support and adventures together. This program has been offered for many, many years, and is very well coordinated, and receives tons of positive feedback from participants.
