Hey everyone! I am making this thread to gather interested people together from Edmonton in order to help each other achieve a deep understanding of the legal system and legal language. For example, what it means to REGISTER and to SUBMIT APPLICATIONS, and how to establish a Lawful Excuse. The mission of this would be to encourage each other to self-educate and to use known examples to achieve a Lawful Excuse in order to disregard acts of parliament.

I understand that for the vast majority of you, this will be the first time you have ever come across such information. If you come across terms you do not understand, please google them as there is alot of info out there. Please know that people have done this with success but it relies heavily on your own understanding. It is words that are being used against us and understanding this is the key. If you do already know a bit about this, please, don't hesitate to share your knowledge or experiences.

Disclaimer: Nothing here is presented as legal advice, but as a method of investigation which relies on your own personal due diligence. I have not achieved Freeman On The Land status, but have been investigating it for a few months now.

There is a Roman Maxim in Law that states: "Let he who would be deceived, be deceived." I am here to let you know that many of us are deceived by the language that is used by police officers and the courts, and they have absolutely no responsibility to ensure that we are not. In many cases, it is much easier for them if we do not understand, but this puts us in a very bad situation.

This is about gaining a proper understanding of this language in order to "achieve remedy" to a conflict. One of the positives of this understanding is to use a parking ticket to pay for a parking ticket through registered mail, and to not pay income tax (Not evading tax, but refusing to pay, which are very different). Some of the downsides are, that you gain a status of Freeman on the Land and are not eligible for EI or a Pension.

I have been reading about it and it is very interesting, it seems that Canada is founded on the principals of Representative Democracy... And representation cannot lawfully exist without consent, right? (otherwise you are some kind of slave) Therefore, it must be lawful to deny consent... Society is not a prison and even Society must be drawn together by mutual consent.

Following this logic, people can get around traffic tickets and other "Acts" of parliament, otherwise known as statutory law by denying their consent. But there are many ways that authority figures can trick you into consenting to their game.

If you read an Act of parliament you will see there is always the phrase "Without Lawful Excuse..." Well, I was always interested in what that meant and how to establish a lawful excuse in order to disobey the Act.

Some acts include:

The Bills of Exchange Act

The Law & Equity Act

The Motor Vehicle Act

The Income Tax Act

It turns out that a lawful excuse can be established by what is called a Claim of Right, and this can be established by a "Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right" sent in to as many representatives as possible using REGISTERED MAIL.

The registered mail part is important because it gives you solid ground to stand on, proving that you have sent this legal document and that it was accepted and ignored.
